It was the first chance I had to play indoor paintball with multiple people I know. Steve organized a 12 to 3pm event where a bunch of MTG players (Cartman, Pat, Zach et al) were supposed to show…. all but Pat bailed so it was nice to see Adam & Friends show to make sure we still had 10-12 people. Mona and I each got to use our markers at the same time – this also led us to learn that the 11inch stock barrel that came with Mona’s marker fails to provide any form of accurate shooting. She’s already bugging me to go out every day possible – adrenaline junkie.
As for the story behind the title of this post, when shot in a paintball game if the paintball doesn’t break on you then you get to continue in the game. If you on the other hand don’t look and call yourself out then well its the same as being shot “correctly”. With that in mind I took two off the dome that didn’t break and another off my hand…. only once did I check for paint.
Last note is that I finally posted on my cooking page about 10 pictures of the Mutter Paneer that I made, making the cheese from milk was a fun experience.
